NOW the family is completely reunited. Her daughter Pip left us 11 days ago, her son Biscuit with Meghan Perron passed awhile ago, and the matriarch outlived all her kids.
She came into my home when a rescue had shut down and she and her daughters needed a home quickly. She was tiny, thin, nervous and not particularly handleable. I was always sure those beautiful big eyes would pop out of her head one day. She'd scream when picked up, and it took a long time before she trusted me at all. She was sweet but timid and wasn't sick when she left us, it just seemed to be her time. Thirty-seven months old is pretty good when some of her babies didn't make it past 1 year old, or much longer due to hydrocephalus. She cuddled up to me all that night, which was unusual for her...she jumped up on me, I held her...a few gasps and she was gone.

and as I said she is now reunited with her beloved daughters Pip and long gone Serena...I hope they are all warm, happy and together.
