Jonas was born to an old female and seemed normal but one day I realized something wasn't quite right, and his head was a funny shape, and his motor skills were a little off compared to his 2 other agile brothers. I knew he had hydrocephalus (cerebral fluid that doesn't drain and swells up the head and presses on the brain) and could only pray that he would be one of the lucky ones whose body would develop a natural shunt to drain the fluid into his body. It did not. :( He was only 25 days old.
At one point I was sure that the fluid had drained and he might survive! The next day he was gone :(
